Due to the custom nature of my items I do not accept returns. But if there is a problem with your order please let me know asap. I will be happy to make it right! I want my customers to be delighted with their purchase and experience here. 

By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the policies & processing time; 
Itty Bitty Bracelets Boutique™ is not responsible for any negligence of failure to read the policies and processing time in full. **Please take note of creation time & shipping time and plan accordingly!** Each item is created by hand, processed and shipped in the order it is received.

An exchange can be made in this case. You may return the item to me, I will refund your shipping fees, correct the item, and ship it back to you asap. (This hardly ever happens! Most items purchased from my website are created and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
Add shipping time to estimate when your pretties may arrive.

Orders are shipped via USPS to the address provided. All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail, 2-5 days. PLEASE make sure your address is correct!
If you are buying a gift and you would like the item shipped to different address, I'll be happy to do so :) Just contact me with your shipping information/details.

Tracking information and delivery confirmation on your package is included and is emailed once your order ships.

~ For International Orders, shipping is USPS first class international. I cannot provide a tracking number. Experience tells us that arrival time can be 2-8 weeks depending on your location. Delivery can take longer depending on your location and customs.

~ Keep in mind that there are instances when customs will hold and inspect an item which may delay delivery time. 

~ International buyers are fully responsible for paying any fees or duties imposed by customs authorities in their country.

Resizing fee:
If you need re-sizing of a bracelet or necklace you have purchased, I will gladly re-size it for you for a fee of $5.00 each bracelet/ necklace... 
Simply ship the item(s) back to me- (you pay shipping.) 
The item(s) will be resized and shipped back to you promptly.

Your jewelry purchase contains silver, silver-plated, and/or one of the most lustrous of all metals- sterling silver.  
With proper care, your silver will retain its beauty and character over time. All silver & sterling silver tarnishes.. Especially when exposed to moisture and products containing sulfur, such as rubber bands and some papers etc. However, silver that is regularly worn typically needs less care. (I do NOT recommend leaving or storing your jewelry in the gift packaging!) I strongly encourage you to wear your silver often, and store in a cool dry place when not being worn.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are exactly identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
